RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange unless your items are faulty. If your item is faulty or does not correspond with the item presented on hattitude.co.nz you may return it or exchange it.

Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault either via [email protected] or on phone (64) 09 215 8955. We will replace the faulty item or refund the purchase price using the method in which you originally paid. We are happy to replace your items or provide a refund within 14 days of the date you received your item, with proof of purchase, providing the items are in their original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. Hattitude has the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition or is returned outside the 14 day period.

All returns must be notified to us first at [email protected] or on phone (64) 09 215 8955 and returned correctly packaged with the original order number and sent to: Hattitude, Shop 2 / 235 Parnell Rd, Parnell, Auckland 1052.

We suggest you select an insured shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Hattitude does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.

We will advise you once we have received your goods. Once your item has been received by us your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five working days.

You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Hattitude.

Alternatively, once your item has been received by us your replacement item will be sent to you within five working days. Once the item has been sent we will advise you of the item's tracking number and expected arrival date.

Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 5 days of receipt. Please note when registering your return at [email protected] if the item is faulty we will refund to you the costs of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.

Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels up to date, there is a possibility the item you have ordered may recently be out of stock. In this unlikely event, we will refund you immediately and contact you via the email address supplied on your account.

We may change the online prices at any time. In the unlikely event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any order placed and refund the full amount of the price paid.

Hattitude takes no responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned without proof of postage.‚Äč
