If the item does not fit or is not as you expected, provided the same item is available, you may exchange it for another. You must advise us and return the item within 14 days. Due to limited availability, the same item may not be obtainable. If this is the case, exchange can be for items of the same value or a store credit, valid for 6 months. We do not refund.

Goods must be returned un-worn and in their original, re-saleable condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. The customer is liable for any additional shipping costs incurred for both returning the item to us and the cost of re-shipping the replacement item. The shipping charges of your original order are non-refundable.

Please consider your choice carefully as we do not refund unless items are deemed to be faulty.

All returns must be notified to us first, at [email protected] or on phone (64) 09 215 8955 and returned correctly packaged with the original order number and sent to: Hattitude, Shop 26, Queens Arcade, 34-40 Queen Street, Auckland 1010.  We recommend using a track and trace facility.

For items deemed faulty, we will repair, replace or refund the item.  The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
